The weekend before Christmas, we traveled to Ventura to celebrate with Grandpa and Grandma Eichmeier. We ate lots of yummy food and got some great gifts! Mommy and Preston decided to stay in Ventura an extra day because the roads were not that great on Sunday. Grandma Sue is recovering nicely from back surgery, but it is hard for her not to have full mobility with Preston because he likes to move!

Gus loves that singing catepillar (sp?) but the songs sure do get a little annoying! We have it on his changing table and use it every time we change him on it. So sorry we missed you guys. Preston sure is growing! Hopefully we'll make it through Des Moines this month or next and can stop by if you two are around. Feel free to come to KC if you ever have a free weekend! Miss you!
